John’s expertise includes postural alignment, exercise for weight loss, training for strength and functional mobility. He holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and is an Egoscue Postural Alignment Specialist, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist and NESA Speed Coach.
