What makes you so good in this area? Are you detail oriented? Do you perform best when you are competing with another person? Is a supportive environment necessary? Do you like variety or is a consistent plan better for you?
Your peak moments of joy are a guide to success in every area of your life. I guarantee you that the good ‘ole 80/20 rule applies here. Eighty percent of your success is due to the way you think about what you’re doing. Twenty percent will come down to the day-in, day-out consistent actions you take.

In short, when it comes to eating you simply have to focus on the food in front of you. It doesn’t matter if you are eating kale or a cookie, you are responsible only for that moment. So, decide what you are going to focus on. Choose how you feel about it – choose an empowering feeling please! Then enjoy your food.
